| this shop is just what we were looking for in the city. honest, careful, help to define what needs to be done and the priority needed, accomodating and responsive to an emergency. reccomended to us by a friend and happy to reccomend to someone else. maybe i should not say this as they will get busy. |

| The staff with whom I interacted seemed to be willing to "go the second mile." The receptionist even made a helpful suggestion which saved me some money. And the car was so clean when it came out, it almost looked brand-new, even though it is 12 years old! |
