I feel that my car is in very good hands, and that the procedures that are being recommended are the correct ones! Unlike my experience with the dealership where I purchased my car! |

| I needed a steering problem fixed on my 2008 Volvo. I appreciated great service on the phone. No answering systems to deal with, always friendly and knowledgeable humans that answer immediately. The quote was $400 cheaper (20%) than Volvo of Edmonton. The final bill came in under the quote. Staff gave me two rides to and from work which I greatly appreciated. Work was finished fast and I had my car back right away, washed and very clean. This business shows commitment to customer service that I have never experienced in the automotive industry. Only time will tell whether the repair itself was effective, but based on everything else, I have no doubt it will be. Thank you Caliber Auto. |

| Brought my jeep in for squeaky breaks and new tires, I was pleased to find out I did not need breaks. I do feel that a dishonest mechanic would have said I did and would have charged me anyways. I was pleased with the service and the way they treated me. I will go back. |

| I would give these folks 10 out of 5. You get what you pay for. Mike and the staff are knowledgeable and respectful about what you do know or do not know about cars. He will explain it in terms you can "UNDERSTAND". Not some high fluting mumbo jumbo that makes neurosurgery look easy. If you are looking for the cheapest price in town this is not your shop. If you want good value for your dollar, with relate-able mechanics, you have found the garage you were looking for. Brian G. |

| The staff with whom I interacted seemed to be willing to "go the second mile." The receptionist even made a helpful suggestion which saved me some money. And the car was so clean when it came out, it almost looked brand-new, even though it is 12 years old! |
